Payment
We can accept cash or have a credit card machine in our vehicles.
Finding your Driver
Your smartly dressed ALS Transfers driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign with the lead party member’s name.
Baby & Booster Seats
Under Spanish law its compulsory for infants to travel in car seats. If there are any children/infants travelling with your party, baby/booster seats are required to be used. These need to be pre-arranged. Please let us know the number of children travelling and their ages (kg for smaller ones) at time of travel.
No Hidden Charges
With the information that you give us we will give you a price and that is what you pay. This includes any tolls or parking charges.
Last Minute Changes
If there are any unforeseen changes to your holiday, contact us as soon as possible and we can make the necessary changes. If your Pick Up or Drop Off location changes, let us know and we can inform you if there is any difference in price.
Delayed Airport Pick Ups
As long as you have provided your flight number, your driver will be tracking your flight status and will be waiting in the arrivals hall once you have landed. In the event of your updated arrival time clashing with another pre-booked transfer we will inform you via text, WhatsApp or email that we are arranging other vehicle to collect you or if none are available, we will inform you of how soon we can get to you.

All quotes & trip planning is based upon the information you provide. Please make sure that you allow plenty of time for any delays/problems that may arise. Unfortunately, mechanical problems, traffic and accidents happen and while we will do our best to assist, ALS Transfers cannot be held responsible. We can advise you with travel times but it is your responsibility to ensure you allow enough time to get to your destination. Cancellations/changes free of charge 48h before.
